To our community,
It’s been a year since we lost my brother Rafe to suicide. One thought that makes things a little easier is that he knew he was going home to be with Jesus. But he left a big space in our lives.

We know we’re not the only family to have suffered loss in the past few years. There have been a lot of dark and lonely days. But we’ve also been fortunate to be surrounded by family and friends, colleagues who remind us we’re not alone, and it’s ok to reach out for help, and it’s ok to not be ok.

At INCITE, our passion is what drive us. We’re here to help you make your organizations happier, healthier and stronger, and to support your staff and the clients and families they serve. It’s personal for us.

I remember a quote from years ago, “Faith is the bird that sings while the dawn is still dark.” I’d like to replace that with Hope (or keep the Faith)! We just need a little ray of hope to keep going, knowing a beautiful new day is coming.

So today, tell your people you love them.

Take a minute for a little self-care. Ask for a hug. Give a hug.

Stop and throw some gratitude out into the universe.

And appreciate today.

With hope,

Kara Guerriero
