Kristin Potterbusch, MPH

At INCITE, Kristin is part of the leadership team and serves as a high-level strategic advisor supporting the CEO and company in achieving short and long term goals, building new portfolios, overseeing operations, and providing guidance to all members of the team. Externally she partners with executives and leaders to provide strategic advising, navigate challenging barriers, build growth, and position organizations for future success. Kristin has nearly 20 years of experience leading strategy, innovation, and sustainable change for organizations within the public health, behavioral health and social sector. Her background spans directing state and federal initiatives leading a HRSA Center, transforming large-scale public health programs, cultivating and empowering organizational teams, alongside advancing health equity through nuanced cross-sector approaches. Kristin is committed to exploring insights that challenge and expand understanding of systemic health barriers and is proud to serve as the current Chair of the Board for HEAL Human Trafficking.
