Adrienne Aguirre Deshaies

At INCITE, Adrienne partners with clients across our portfolios providing expertise in project management, grant writing and delivery, curriculum development, and community forward programing such as conducting community impact interviews and generating community needs assessments. Adrienne is a bilingual nonprofit development and communications consultant, dedicated to supporting social justice and social service organizations across several states recognize their potential and fulfill their missions through community engagement, grant management, marketing and communications, and Spanish-English translation. Adrienne is a passionate advocate for racial and social justice, and for increasing representation and access in historically excluded communities. She has worked as a bilingual teacher in Denver Public Schools, taught on the Pine Ridge Reservation, and worked as a community organizer for a statewide nonprofit mobilizing directly impacted communities towards civic engagement and policy change.
