Tony Zipple, SCD, MBA

At INCITE, Dr. Zipple provides expertise to both clients and content that INCITE develops, ensuring alignment between cutting edge organizational health and positive psychology research are incorporated into the design of INCITE’s workshops and offerings. He partners with INCITE’s CEO to provide advising and delivery across a number of INCITE’s signature organizational health programs. Dr. Zipple is a certified Talent Optimization Consultant with decades of experience as a senior behavioral health executive. He is currently a professor at Eastern Kentucky University’s Psychology Department, a consultant with the Rutgers University Mental Health Technology Transfer Center, and an Executive in Residence at the University of Louisville’s School of Public Health & Information Sciences. Dr. Zipple received his doctorate in Rehabilitation Counseling from Boston University and his MBA from the University of New Hampshire.
